When we decided to buy a plasma TV, the LG brand really was not on top of my list. I was leaning toward a Panasonic or a Samsung. But, I found that people who had bought it on Amazon had given it a 5-star rating. And it had won the CES award and the THX certification to boot. We eventually got the LG 60PG60 and have been very pleased with it.
